* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Alpowa Summit, Cheney, Rosalia, Plummer, Grand Coulee, La
Crosse, Genesee, Potlatch, Clarkston, Pullman, Davenport, Downtown
Spokane, Ritzville, Pomeroy, Uniontown, Tekoa, Creston, Rockford,
Moscow, Harrington, Coulee City, Moses Lake, Odessa, Quincy,
Oakesdale, Othello, Fairfield, Ephrata, Colfax, Wilbur, Airway
Heights, and Spokane Valley.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Patchy blowing dust may also result in sudden changes to
visibility resulting in hazardous travel conditions.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
