At 557 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Sumner, or 10 miles east of Olney, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornado will be near... Sumner around 600 PM CDT. Bridgeport around 605 PM CDT. Lawrenceville around 610 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Claremont, Red Hills State Park, and Billett. This also includes Red Hills State Park.
