...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Illinois... Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Rock River at Moline. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, water affects residences near the 27th Street bridge. Water is over portions of 60th St south of Green Valley Sports Complex and portions of 56th Ave along the north side of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 9.4 feet Monday, June 22. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Tuesday afternoon at noon CDT.
