* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, including the following areas, Edwards, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Perry IL, Wabash, Wayne IL and White and southwest Indiana, including the following areas, Gibson, Pike, Posey, Vanderburgh and Warrick. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall moving over the same locations could produce flash flooding.
