Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including
the following counties, in central Illinois, Macon. In east
central Illinois, Moultrie.
* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may
become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1001 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban
and small stream flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Decatur, Mount Zion, Forsyth, Harristown, Long Creek,
Warrensburg, Lovington, Dalton City, Decatur Airport, Oakley,
Hervey City, Lake City, Elwin and Cadwell.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
