* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with peak heat index values up to
113 degrees.
* WHERE...Perry IL County.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Daily heat index values will remain elevated
in the triple digits thru the remainder of the week.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
