Illinois River at Peoria affecting Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford Counties. Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Morgan, Brown, Schuyler and Cass Counties. Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Henry. * WHEN...Until Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 23.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:45 PM CDT Friday was 23.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
