* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...East Central Fayette County in east central Indiana...
Union County in east central Indiana...
Southeastern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
West Central Preble County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 718 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.

Richmond, Liberty, West College Corner, Salem, Abington,
Brownsville, Boston, Kitchel, Witts Station, Goodwins Corner,
Clifton, Richmond Municipal Airport, Cottage Grove, Whitewater
State Park, Fairhaven, Billingsville, Philomath, West Florence
and Dunlapsville.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
