* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Allamakee, Chickasaw, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and
Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota, including the following counties,
Fillmore, Houston and Mower, and southwest Wisconsin, including the
following county, Vernon.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rain will continue through today with additional
rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches possible.
