Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville. * WHEN...From late Friday night to late Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood waters begin to impact agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.5 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Saturday morning to a crest of 11.2 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
