* IMPACTS...At 13.9 feet, Water affects Westech Engineering located
at 600 Arrasmith Trl.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.9 feet, and falling.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
tonight and continue falling.
- Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
