* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by runoff from excessive rainfall earlier this morning. . * WHERE...Portions of east central, north central, and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in east central Kansas, Geary. In north central Kansas, Clay. In northeast Kansas, Pottawatomie and Riley. * WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Wildcat creek on the west side of Manhattan has been flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 AM CDT, 1 to 3 inches of rainfall fell earlier this morning. The runoff from the this heavy rainfall may continue to flood roadways, creeks and low-lying areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Manhattan, Clay Center, Wakefield, Riley, Milford, Leonardville, Olsburg, Randolph, Green, Milford Lake, Keats and Tuttle Creek Lake.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
