* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Kansas, including the following
county, Haskell.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 142 PM CDT, emergency management reported county road II
and 50 is underwater. Minor flooding is ongoing in northern
Haskell county.

mainly rural areas of Northern Haskell County

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
