Description: 
At 124 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 4 miles west of Smolan to 9 miles east of Lindsborg to 3 miles north of Hesston. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Carlton.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service office in Topeka. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for central Kansas.
