Saline River Near Lincoln affecting Lincoln County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Creek at Barnard. * WHEN...From early this morning to just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, The North 250th Road by the Salt Creek Bridge will have water over the road in the section about 1/2 block north of the bridge where the road bends. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this morning and continue falling to 11.7 feet early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
