* WHERE...Republican River near Scandia.
* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Lowlands along the river flood. At 11.0
feet, Low lying rural roads flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 10.2 feet this evening. It will then
fall below flood stage late this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
