* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central, north central, and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in east central Kansas, Douglas, Geary, Shawnee and Wabaunsee. In north central Kansas, Clay. In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The potential for additional heavy rain is over, but lingering flooding from heavy rainfall last night may persist through the morning.
