Description: 
At 834 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Lombard to Drip Rock to near Morrill. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Irvine, Beattyville, Campton, Fincastle, Ravenna, Pilot, White Ash, Bowen, Leeco, Earnestville, Pine Ridge, Patsey, Shirley, Ida May, Delvinta, Alumbaugh, Evelyn, High Falls, Lombard, and Whisman. THIS INCLUDES Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 24 and 46.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for southeastern and east central Kentucky.
