At 200 PM EDT/100 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Russell Springs, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jamestown, Russell Springs, Horntown, Eli, Jericho, Windsor, Webbs Cross Roads, Teddy, Royville, and Sano.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service office in Louisville.
