Description:
At 540 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Letitia, moving
east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Vanceburg, Head of Grassy, Rosemount, Camp Dix,
Lucasville, Otway, Lombardsville, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Saint
Paul, Firebrick, Harris, West Portsmouth, Kinniconick, Tannery,
Emerson, Turkey Creek Lake, Friendship, Mcdermott, and Garrison.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for northeastern
Kentucky...and south central Ohio.
