Description:
The combination of clear skies and calm winds will yield
temperatures this morning falling into the mid to upper 30s across
valley locations that are away from rivers and lakes. This will
result in the potential for some patchy frost development.
Cold-sensitive vegetation may be damaged. Take steps now to
protect tender plants from the cold.
