* At 554 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles southeast of South Webster to near Durbin to
near Crockett, moving east at 70 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Lake State Park, Yatesville Lake State Park, Hurricane, and
Barboursville.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 175 and 191.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 40.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for northeastern
Kentucky...southeastern Ohio...and central, western and northwestern
West Virginia.
