* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Assumption Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Northwestern Lafourche Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Southwestern St. James Parish in southeastern Louisiana... * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 253 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen but many of these areas have seen 5 to 7 inches of rain in the last 6 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
