* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central St. Tammany Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Northwestern Hancock County in southern Mississippi... Southwestern Pearl River County in southern Mississippi... * WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 933 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expected over the area.
