Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Maine, including the following county, Kennebec. * WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 121 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Runoff from a heavy thunderstorm will continue, but heavy rainfall rates have subsided. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waterville, Oakland, Belgrade, Sidney, and Winslow.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
