At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Owosso, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Owosso around 455 PM EDT. Henderson around 500 PM EDT. Oakley around 505 PM EDT. Chesaning around 510 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Burt, Layton Corners, Bennington, Carland, and Swan Creek.
