Description:
At 559 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Rockport, or 14 miles east of Hazlehurst, moving
northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Crystal Springs, Hazlehurst, Mendenhall, D'Lo, Georgetown, Braxton,
Gallman, Hopewell, Harrisville, Union, Pinola, Shivers, and Rockport.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
