Southwestern Pearl River County in southern Mississippi... * Until 130 PM CDT. * At 1222 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding for numerous roads in Picayune and surrounding areas are flooded. Some vehicles are stalled. Do not drive through flooded roads. Between 5 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Light rainfall is still occurring, and water will take time to drain. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
