* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Caldwell County in north central Missouri... Southwestern Daviess County in north central Missouri... East Central Andrew County in northwestern Missouri... Southeastern Buchanan County in northwestern Missouri... Clinton County in northwestern Missouri... DeKalb County in northwestern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 447 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
