* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Caldwell County in north central Missouri... Northwestern Carroll County in north central Missouri... Northwestern Chariton County in north central Missouri... Daviess County in north central Missouri... Grundy County in north central Missouri... Western Linn County in north central Missouri... Livingston County in north central Missouri... Southwestern Sullivan County in north central Missouri... Eastern DeKalb County in northwestern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 611 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
