Missouri...Kansas...
Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Ray, Jackson and Lafayette
Counties.
Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette
Counties.
Missouri River At Miami affecting Carroll, Chariton and Saline
Counties.
Missouri River at Leavenworth affecting Leavenworth and Platte
Counties.
Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Howard and Saline
Counties.
Missouri River at Boonville affecting Cooper, Moniteau, Howard and
Boone Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly.
* WHEN...From this evening to Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not
protected by levees flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
evening to a crest of 27.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall
below flood stage late Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
