Description:
* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, north winds 20 to 30 mph
with gusts up to 35 mph and very steep and hazardous seas 8 to
12 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt and steep seas 7 to 10 ft.
* WHERE...Gusty north winds will affect all areas. Very steep and
hazardous seas are expected south of Cape Arago, with steep seas
to the north.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

Instruction:
Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
