* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts near 40 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.
* WHEN...From 7 AM to 1 PM AKDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Strong winds could make docking high profile vessels difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While gusty winds will impact the area through
tonight, the strongest winds are expected Thursday morning.
