* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 7 PM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts will increase rapidly during the
morning hours. Speeds may briefly exceed 50 mph during the initial
wind gust.
