* WIND...Southeast winds today will become west and northwest on
Sunday with speeds at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...minimum relative humidity ranging 8 to 20%.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
