Description:
* IMPACTS: Low humidities, hot temperatures, gusty winds, and a
wind shift with a cold front will create erratic fire behavior.

* WIND: North to east 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph over the
plains and southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph over the
mountains this afternoon, becoming north 15 to 20 mph with gusts
up to 30 mph across the area this evening into tonight, with
locally stronger gusts near the mountains.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 to 20 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: 80 to 95 degrees.
* COLD FRONT: A cold front will move through the area this evening
into tonight shifting winds out of the north.

winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute
to extreme fire behavior.
