Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including the
following counties, Garfield and Loup.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or
is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1050 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2.5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Burwell, Taylor and Kent Diversion Dam State Wildlife
Management Area.

Instruction:
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
