Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including the following counties, Garfield and Loup. * WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1050 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
