At 523 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wellfleet, or
15 miles west of Curtis, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Curtis, Maywood, and Marengo.
This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 40 and 51.
