...FAST MOVING DRY THUNDERSTORMS ON SATURDAY...
.Dry thunderstorms Saturday morning will transition to more wet
than dry by Saturday afternoon. Storm motion will be fast
mitigating the effects of any precipitation that occurs.
Therefore, a drier thunderstorm threat exists through early
evening on Saturday.
The red flag warning for Friday is being allowed to expire at 11 pm
PDT this evening. The threat for dry thunderstorms has subsided.
Current radar is showing light showers at this time. However, a
fire weather watch for Saturday is still in effect and is
presented below.
* THUNDERSTORMS...Isolated to scattered dry thunderstorms
redeveloping Saturday.
* WIND...Erratic wind gusts around 55 mph in and near dry
thunderstorms on Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
