Description:
At 425 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles west of Moffitt Beach Campground, or 15 miles southwest of
Speculator, moving northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Speculator, Lake Pleasant, Moffitt Beach Campground, Lewey Lake
Campground, Sled Harbor, Perkins Clearing, Rudeston, and West Canada
Lakes.
Instruction:
