* At 1114 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over
Kelloggsville, or 15 miles southeast of Auburn, moving east at 45
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Owasco, Locke, Genoa, Moravia, Niles, Scott, Sempronius, Montville,
Kelloggsville, and Casowasco.
Instruction:
