Description:
* WHAT...Temperatures between 30 and 36 will result in frost
formation.
* WHERE...The St. Lawrence Valley, and portions of northern, central,
and southern Vermont.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In Chittenden and Franklin Counties in
Vermont, and Clinton County in New York, frost will be less likely
in areas near Lake Champlain.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
