* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...In New York, Eastern Clinton County. In Vermont, Grand
Isle, Western Chittenden, and Western Franklin Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest gusts will be on southeast
facing shorelines and across Lake Champlain.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
