Description: 
At 120 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles southeast of Boydton to near Norlina to near Henderson. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Henderson, Warrenton, Norlina, Littleton, Middleburg, Macon, Drewry, Lake Gaston, Wise, and Southpointe And Morningstar Marinas. This includes Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 215 and 233.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for central North Carolina.
