Description:
At 1123 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shelby, or near Boiling Springs NC, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Shelby, Kings Mountain, Boiling Springs NC, Grover, Patterson
Springs, Lattimore, Mooresboro, Waco, Earl, and Kingstown.
