possible.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast North Carolina, including the
following areas, Coastal Brunswick, Coastal New Hanover, Coastal
Pender, Columbus, Inland Brunswick, Inland New Hanover and Inland
Pender.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy showers and storms will continue at times which could lead
to flash flooding.
