Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Saipan...
* WHEN...Until 215 PM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1221 PM ChST, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in
the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Garapan, Dandan, China Town, Koblerville, Chalan Kanoa I, San
Antonio, Chalan Kanoa II, Chalan Kanoa III, Chalan Kanoa IV,
Gualo Rai, Afetnas, Chalan Piao, Fananganan, Chalan Laulau,
Chalan Kiya, San Jose (Oleai), As Lito and I Liyang.
