Description: 
* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents expected. * WHERE...East facing reefs of Tinian and Saipan. * WHEN...Through 6 PM ChST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Surf heights of 7 to 9 feet are expected to continue along east facing reefs as Tropical Storm Higos pulls away from Tinian and Saipan this afternoon.
Instruction: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
