Description:
* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM ChST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Super Typhoon Champi (29W) continues moving
away from the Marianas, southeast winds will remain elevated over
Saipan and Tinian and lasting at least through early Monday
morning.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution when driving on roads with no
center barriers, as well as when passing high profile vehicles.
