Description:
* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM ChST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong southeasterlies with fresh
gusts are expected through tonight as Super Typhoon Champi (29W)
continues to move away from the Marianas.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution when driving on roads with no
center barriers, as well as when passing high profile vehicles.
